Terms of Use & Services

  1. The tenant rents a locker for the period of one school year or two school years. The rental price per locker is 29.00€ for a one-year rental or 50.00€ for a two-year rental. The contract begins on 1 September of a year (the school year ends with the beginning of the summer holidays). If the locker is handed over during the school year, the rent will be reduced by €2.00 per month or part thereof.
  2. The first rent is due when the keys are handed over and will be collected by direct debit. Please sign the direct debit authorisation for this. Upon conclusion of the contract, the tenant must also pay a one-off deposit of €15.00. The deposit is non-interest-bearing and will be returned after the locker (in cleared and cleaned condition) and the key (handed in at the office of the Fördervereins in room A101).
  3. Repayment - to the tenants' account - will be made no later than one month after receipt of the key. The deposit is forfeited:
    1. If the landlord evicts the safe deposit box. If the original key is not returned at the end of the rental period.
    2. If written notice of termination is not given in due time.
    3. If a replacement key is required after the first key has been lost.

    If the original key is lost, the hirer will receive a duplicate key. The loss of the key must be reported to the Fördervereins immediately.

  4. The rental contract runs for the contract period stated in the contract and is automatically extended by one or two years if the contract is not terminated in writing by 31 May of a year. Notice of termination must be given in writing to the Förderverein. A confirmation of receipt of the notice of termination can be sent by e-mail if desired. In the event of termination, the key must be handed over to the Förderverein before the start of the summer holidays. The return of the key will be receipted by the office of the Booster Association. In the event of a change of school during the current school year, notice of termination may be given at the end of the month. The rent will then be transferred back proportionately with the deposit.
  5. The Förderverein has the right to clear the locker at the tenant's expense if:
    1. the rent is not paid on time;
    2. possible repairs are not paid for (in the case of damage causally caused by the tenant);
    3. the compartment is used improperly.
  6. The Förderverein accepts no liability for the contents of the lockers, in particular for personal property and valuables. Insurance of the contents of the lockers is the responsibility of the hirer.
  7. The tenant is not entitled to a specific compartment. Subletting is prohibited. The locker must be cleared for maintenance work before the summer holidays. The internal dimensions of a locker are 43Hx26Wx46D cm (deviations possible).
  8. The processing of personal data (Art. 4 No. 1 and 2 DS-GVO) is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1b) DS-GVO for the fulfilment of contractual obligations for the duration of our business relationship. The following data is collected: Name of the tenant, name and class of the subject user, address, mail address, account details, locker number.
  9. In addition, we are subject to various retention and documentation obligations: According to § 147 of the German Fiscal Code (AO), accounting vouchers must be kept for 10 years. This includes name, amount paid, date of payment and subject numbers. In addition, the storage period of personal data is also assessed according to the statutory limitation periods, which are three years according to §§ 195 ff. of the German Civil Code (BGB). Within the association, those offices that need your data to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations will have access to it. This applies in particular to the locker management used by the association. The Förderverein of the Association guarantees that the data will not be passed on to third parties and will only be used for internal administrative purposes. The tenant agrees to the electronic processing of the data by concluding the contract.
